All production under one roof.

With our own 8,800 m² production facility in Serbia, we have control over the entire production process – giving us the flexibility to adapt, the capacity to deliver and the ability to maintain consistent quality from raw materials to finished furniture.

Production technology

High-quality products require high-quality production equipment. At Ergomade, we continuously invest in modern production technology to ensure precision, consistency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Our production facilities include, among other equipment, five CNC machines, two panel saws, two edge banding machines, two corpus presses, a CNC tube bending machine, a tube laser cutting machine, a welding robot and welding stations, as well as our own powder coating facility, lacquering and painting booth and UV surface treatment.

From idea to finished product

Turning an idea into a finished product requires experience, precision and close collaboration. Our technical team develops the initial proposal, refines the details and prepares a clear quotation.

Before batch production begins, samples are produced for your review and approval. Once approved, we move into production, with quality checks throughout the process.

Before leaving our factory, every product undergoes a final quality inspection – ensuring that what we deliver meets both your expectations and ours.

Certified production

Our production is certified according to ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems, and we hold FSC® Chain of Custody certification (FSC-C114395), enabling us to supply FSC-certified products.

We work with carefully selected, high-quality materials and offer a high degree of flexibility in both specifications, quantities and colours – allowing us to adapt our production to the needs of each project.
